We are a woman-owned business, with Julie DeWaal Davies and Patsy Hall leading the team. Combined with their corporate and business acumen they want to create a vision of helping regular people - like themselves - become homeowners. JDC Creations was created in 2021 to give hardworking Americans the opportunity to enjoy the pride of ownership they deserve but which so many never have the pathway to achieve. To ensure this venture is successful, JDC Creations has gathered a team of professionals with a wealth of experience covering all aspects of this project including property development, real estate sales and marketing, construction, engineering, human relations, systems structure, and project management.
Pathway to the American Dream
The price of new and existing homes has skyrocketed across America. Millennials are continuing to buy homes while interest rates are rising, causing massive inventory shortages throughout the United States. To keep up with demand, residential home builders are aggressively purchasing buildable lots, however builders are not finding enough buildable lots to fulfill their business needs. Today's homebuilders split the home building process into two distinct phases horizontal and vertical construction. Horizontal construction consists of city approval and entitlements, as well as utility installation. Vertical construction consists of pouring foundations, framing, and finishing houses to sell to home buyers. Instead of residential home builders tying up capital and doing both horizontal and vertical construction, they often look for developers to split the steps in half saving both time and money.
We've Got the Answer
JDC Creations has begun the process of supplying buildable lots to local and National home builders. Focusing on South Carolina and Georgia, These properties will be developed into buildable lots and sold to the home builders. By utilizing a creative business strategy, JDC will be able to continue supplying homebuilders with buildable lots which helps increase housing supply.

Julie DeWaal Davies - Owner
Julie brings 35 plus years of corporate world experience in Credit, Customer Relations and Project Management with tenures at Sinclair Oil, Southwest Airlines and ADP. In addition, she co-created a successful company in the hard to enter Telecom business with her partner for 10 years.
Outside of work Julie is passionate about volunteering with the USO, is very active in her church, she is a Chaplain and engages in many other opportunities that come available.
Patsy Hall - Owner
Patsy brings 35 plus years of government experience in Records, Staff Relations and Project Management with tenures at Sandy City Police Department, Herriman Police Department and Moab Police Department.
Outside of work Patsy enjoys the great outdoors and creating get togethers with family and friends. She works to help others through volunteer work such as charities or fundraisers, and is constantly looking to be productive threw new opportunities that may come her way.
Stetson Taylor - Project manager
Stetson manages the day to day operations. His duties entail working with our engineers and architects to design and layout the subdivisions, negotiate sales contracts with our network of national homebuilders as well as negotiating contracts and obtaining bids from our vendors and contractors. Stetson is the conductor that brings everything together to bring the project to completion.
